I'm not sure what caught my attention more, the fact that Miley was spotted eating at one of my favorite spots for brunch or that she was wearing one of my favorite pieces from The House of Harlow..
I love the entire outfit except for that hideous rat or raccoon(?) whatever animal it is, a tail of any living creature creeps me out. That's one fashion trend I seriously DON'T understand.
